Offal Mixes Minced - 500gm

Our offal mixes contain a 50/50 balance per 500gm tub.

Beef mix will consist of a mixture of 50% liver with the other 50% being made up of either kidney or spleen or a mixture of both. This will be a single protein product.

Lamb mix will consist of a mixture of 50% liver with the other 50% being made up of either kidney or brains. This product will be a single protein product.

Beef/Lamb mix will still contain 50% liver  with the other 50% being a mixture of all other offal available. This is a mixed protein product.

Beef/Pork mix will contain 50% pork liver with the other 50% beef spleen. This is a mixed protein product.
